The VCM Par Note Rate Historical Tracker publishes a daily, market-based read on where mortgage rates truly stand, updated every afternoon and calculated directly from agency MBS prices. Use the controls below the chart to customize your view:

     • Set page size — Choose to show 30, 90, or all entries per page.

     • Sort the table — Click the Market Date column header to reverse the order. Sorting affects the table only, not the chart.

     • Set a custom date range — Enter dates in the “From” and “To” fields from oldest to newest to filter both the table and chart.

     • Export the data — Download the current dataset as an Excel or PDF file.
